How to Find Your Size
Wrap a piece of string or paper snugly (just slightly snug) around your wrist bone. Mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat against a ruler. Order your exact wrist measurement—don't add extra room. The 1-inch gap built into the cuff gives you the clearance you need to put it on.

Wearing & Adjusting
Putting it on: Roll the cuff on from the side of your wrist just above the bone. Don't yank it open to pull it straight over your arm.
Dialing in the fit: Give the cuff a gentle, firm squeeze once to set it to your wrist. Avoid bending it open and closed repeatedly so the copper stays rock-solid.
