Return & Refund Policy — Broken Hands Fabrication

Because each piece is handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brokenhandsfabrication@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

A Note on Copper & Natural Patina Copper is a living metal — over time and with skin contact, it may leave a temporary green tint on your skin. This is a completely natural reaction and is not harmful. It is not a defect and is not covered under our return policy.

To minimize greening: keep your bracelet dry, avoid contact with lotions, soaps, and sweat, and clean it regularly with a soft cloth. A light coat of clear nail polish on the inner surface can also help create a barrier.
