The one that breaks the mold — this hybrid copper cuff combines one heavy 10-gauge strand with four 12-gauge strands, hand-twisted together under tension to create a rope profile with subtle variation in texture and depth you won't find anywhere else. The mix of gauges gives the twist a natural, organic feel while still hitting that satisfying substantial weight. TIG-welded ends fuse all five strands into seamless solid copper terminals — no solder, no weak points, built to last.

Forged with Precision & Purpose
Built from solid copper strands, this cuff is hand-twisted under tension to create a clean, uniform rope profile. Rather than using solder or end caps, the ends are fused using TIG welding to melt the individual wires into seamless, solid copper terminals. This creates a permanent bond that won't fray, pull, or separate over time.

Aged to Perfection
Each cuff undergoes a multi-step finishing process: forced patination deepens the recessed grooves, while selective hand-buffing brings the high points to a soft metallic shine. This contrast highlights the geometric flow of the twist while giving the piece an antiqued character straight out of the shop.

🖐 How to Find Your Size

  1. Wrap a piece of string or paper snugly (just slightly snug) around your wrist bone.

  2. Mark where the ends meet, then lay it flat against a ruler.

  3. Order your exact wrist measurement—don't add extra room. The 1-inch gap built into the cuff gives you the clearance you need to put it on.

🔧 Wearing & Adjusting

  • Putting it on: Roll the cuff on from the side of your wrist just above the bone. Don't yank it open to pull it straight over your arm.

  • Dialing in the fit: Give the cuff a gentle, firm squeeze once to set it to your wrist. Avoid bending it open and closed repeatedly so the copper stays rock-solid.

✨ Care & Maintenance

Keep your copper cuff looking its best with simple daily care:

  • Avoid Lotions & Oils: Moisture, harsh chemicals, body lotions, and skincare oils speed up oxidation and cause skin discoloration (greening). Put your cuff on after applying cosmetics.

  • Daily Wipe Down: After wearing, wipe the interior and exterior down with a soft, clean cloth to remove skin oils and sweat before storing.

  • Light Cleaning: If soiled, wash with mild dish soap and warm water using a soft-bristled brush (like a soft toothbrush) to clear buildup from the weave.

  • Rinse & Dry Thoroughly: Rinse completely with clean water, dry thoroughly with a towel, and buff with a soft cloth to restore shine.

Copper & Skin Oxidation

🌿 A Note on Copper & Skin Oxidation

Pure, solid copper naturally reacts with air, moisture, and your body’s unique chemistry (such as sweat and natural skin oils). Over time, this natural oxidation can leave a harmless, temporary greenish mark on the skin where the cuff rests.

  • Why It Happens: This green tint is copper carbonate — a safe, natural byproduct of pure copper reacting with micro-moisture, skin pH, or everyday products like soaps, lotions, and cologne. It is non-toxic, completely harmless, and easily washes away with regular soap and water.
  • Our Process: We seal every piece with a protective coat of microcrystalline wax to preserve the shine and slow down oxidation. However, depending on your body chemistry and wear habits, the wax will gradually wear off, allowing the copper to develop its own rich, natural character and patina.
  • Minimizing Greening: To keep skin marking to a minimum, keep your wrist dry, avoid wearing your cuff while applying lotions or cosmetics, and wipe the inside down with a clean, soft cloth after daily wear.
